Custom Porcelain Countertops
One of the best known uses of porcelain slabs is as countertops. It is easy to see why as there are non-porous, stain resistant, and scratch resistant.. No sealer required! With porcelain countertops you get a truly beautiful appearance with a product that is easy to maintain and clean.
Slab size should be a key thought when designing the size and layout of your kitchen surfaces. If you select a slab that is too small, you may be required to add a joint. However, you must also consider the layout of your project. If your countertops are mitered, then seams will be required at any inside corner. We encourage you to take with our team as you design you countertop and cabinet layouts.

1
Measure
Once all cabinets are fully installed, we can measure your countertops. We utilize digital template technology that gives us a solid representation of your countertops. We can thus fabricate exactly to size with minimal on-site adjustments needed. All cabinets must be firmly attached and within flatness of 1/8" over 10-feet to be considered acceptable for measure.
2
Layout & Fabrication
Once measurements have been gathered, we will layout your countertops on the slab material with two main goals in mind: (1) maximum material yield and (2) vein flow. By maximizing material yield we keep your costs down. By also focusing on vein flow of the countertops, we make them look natural and keep a general consistency to the entire room with all pieces flowing the same direction. Our fabrication equipment is fast and efficient in making your project come together.
3
Install
With plenty of notice, our team will schedule install day with you. Generally, our team likes to install between 60-100sf of countertops daily. The countertops will most times arrive fully assembled to their substrate allowing for us to quickly get everything in place and ready for final glue down. Pieces might require cutting on-site, like cooktops or faucets, but for the most part we will focus on placing each countertop into place carefully.
4
Cleanup
Once all pieces have been placed and positioned, we will silicone them into place. This silicone takes up to 24-hours to cure so we encourage you to hold off on using them until the next day. This would include any plumbing connections or appliance installation.
